1. Physical Violence : Inflicting body pain on others
a) physical torture
b) sexual violence
2. Mental Violence : Inflicting mental pain by following activities
a)excess desire of money, corrupt behavior of others
c) excess desire of leisurenes , laziness
d) excess desire of virtuous values , forcing it through mouth
e) trying to being good rather than focusing on self care.
f) not speaking against evil.
g)seeking too much comfort
Lord Buddha gave concept of "Middle Path" circa 3000 years ago to solve above.
