Othe rparts of the constitution, ranging from Secheduled tribes provision in Art 244, IXth schedule, Part III (fundamental rights), part IV (fundamental duties) and Executives (both centre and state) and above Art 141, 142, 144 (judicila provisions) all speak about secular nature. No article supports the religious tint. That is just not in the nature of the constitution as it is the basic structure of the const.
So we must read it in entirety, to fully grasp the above concepts.
